PART 1 - Intuition and energy
The first section explores energies, introduces you to your intuition, and teaches grounding and protection techniques. You will learn how to stand in your own power and how to connect with your guides. This is a vital, foundational workshop that sets the stage for your future workshops and is an essential starting point for your spiritual development!

PART 2 - Energy healing
In the second section, you will focus on receiving healing energy for yourself and passing it on to others. You will learn what energy centres are, explore different ways to transmit healing energy, and discover how your connection to the light can influence your own well-being. You will also learn how to be a conduit for healing energy without depleting your own energy.

PART 3 - Strengthening intuition & exploring reading
In part 3, you will learn to read other people's energy and deepen your intuitive ability to receive information. You will practice trusting the messages you get and engage in exercises to strengthen your intuition. Additionally, you will explore card reading, pendulum use, and channeling, gaining hands-on experience with each method.

PART 4a - Me a medium? Basics of evidential mediumship
The fourth section gives you the opportunity to connect with loved ones who have passed away. You will learn the fundamentals of evidential mediumship, understand the role of a medium, and practice these skills. This is a foundational course, with an advanced follow-up course (4b) available for further development.

PART 4b - Me a medium? Deepening evidential mediumship
Part 4b continues from the basics of evidential mediumship (4a) with more exercises to enhance and deepen your skills.
NOTE! If you have previously taken an evidential mediumship course or you have a natural ability in delivering messages, you are warmly welcome to this workshop.

PART 5a - Basics of inspirational and trance work
The fifth section introduces the altered states of consciousness and provides exercises for achieving a trance state (however light or deep). You will learn trance channeling through writing, speaking and conveying healing energy. This is a basic course, for which an advanced follow-up course (5b) is available.

PART 5b - Deepening inspirational and trance work
Part 5b is continuation to basics of trance work (5a). We are deepening the connection with Spirit by doing more exercises. As a novelty exercise, we are learning about transcommunication.

PART 6 - Past life regression and remote viewing
In the sixth section, you will delve into past life regression and remote viewing, truly opening yourself to boundless dimensions where the extraordinary becomes reality. Whether it's connecting with cosmic companions, revisiting ancient times, or exploring parallel existences, you'll be ready to shed old limitations and discover new possibilities.

- If you are new to spiritual matters, please start with the first section, as it is a prerequisite for the other sections. Section six is designed for those already familiar with trance work.
- Courses are typically held on Zoom unless otherwise specified. However, mediumship, trance, and healing courses—as well as workshops and mediumship events—can also be offered in person. Suitable locations are within reasonable distance from Turku. If you are interested in attending live classes or events, please contact paulina(at)tievaloon.com. Let us know your preferred location and if you have friends or acquaintances who might also participate.
