Booking

Sessions can be booked by email: paulina@tievaloon.fi

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.

Payment

Payment is made before the session via bank transfer or MobilePay.

Payment details will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged at full price.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared during sessions and communication is treated with strict confidentiality.

Personal data is used only for managing bookings and communication.

Your information is never shared with third parties.

You may request the removal of your personal data at any time.
